Nature's Landing is a conservancy created to ensure the preservation of the natural riverine environment found along the Bushmans River. The estate boasts a wide array of fauna and flora species from Knysna Loeries to shy Caracal.

The wildlife on the estate is rich and diverse featuring a variety of bird species, and the avid birder will find themselves in their element with over 400 different species of birds found throughout the riverine ecosystem.

The birdlife on the estate is abundant and vibrant and the constant calls of birds echoing across the valleys add to the tranquil environment.

A wide array of mammals can be found within the estate including Hartebeest, Impala, jackals, otters, the occasional Bushbuck and in one or two rare incidences even Caracal have been spotted. The animals found in the estate are placid and keep to themselves without disturbing the estate's human residents. Residents on the estate, however, maintain respect towards all of the wildlife in order to preserve and maintain this well-balanced ecosystem.

The Bushmans River is home to an abundance of marine animals and avid fishermen will find themselves in their element fishing on the river.
